CIAWU Industrial Database Training – Shalom, Blantyre
The CIAWU industrial database training is currently underway at Shalom in Blantyre, focusing on strengthening the union’s data management systems and institutional capacity.
Through this capacity-building initiative, participants are being equipped with practical skills to enhance organizing efforts and improve worker representation across various sectors.
The initiative is expected to enhance organizing effectiveness and improve the quality of worker representation. By strengthening its data systems, CIAWU continues to build a more responsive, transparent, and effective union that serves the interests of its members.
